Rafcom company is looking for an employee for the position:

PRODUCT MANAGER

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Independent management of selected product categories
• Coordinating the product offer in terms of its complementarity
• Development of the product portfolio, implementation of new products on the market
• Market monitoring, identification of market and consumer trends
• Development of purchasing strategies, analysis of the suppliers' market
• Determining the minimum and maximum level of inventory and determining the current demand for products
• Price management, building a pricing strategy for selected product categories
• Selection of suppliers and conducting negotiations with suppliers
• Analysis of delivery deviations not realized in relation to orders
• Setting the delivery calendar, implementation of delivery plans
• Cooperation with the sales department

Requirements:

Min. 2 years of experience in product management (necessary condidtion)
• Higher education
• Knowledge of distribution and logistics issues
• Experience in working with suppliers including from the Far East
• Creativity, analytical thinking, commitment and responsibility
• Practical computer skills, including very good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to conduct presentations and negotiate prices
• Ability to plan and organize your own work
• Independence and entrepreneurship
